Minister Begins to Take Aim at NBTA

Over the weekend, Kelly Lamrock, Minister of Education for NB began the next phase his 'reform package' by beginning the negotiation process with the NBTA in daily papers.  Will this encourage the NBTA to step down off the fence and begin to do what is right for their members or will they continue to ignore their mandate and remain silent?
