Chantel Hebert discusses the irony of the timing of the NB Government's decision to axe EFI as it coincides with the point at which the first  generation of Canadians to benefit from EFI are coming into their political prime.  She also points out that this is the first time in the country's history that an anglophone population is protesting that there is not enough French, rather than too much.
